145 Hudson Street is the 1928-29 Hudson Square Building converted by Joseph Pell Lombardi in 2000 with top-floor "Sky Lofts" by Rogers Marvel — Carter Horsley calls the top duplexes "among the most spectacular in Tribeca."
The structural identity rests on three features. First, the Renwick, Aspinwall & Guard Art Deco yellow-brick original — 1928-29 with arched fenestration. Second, the Lombardi 2000 conversion preserving industrial Deco character. Third, the Rogers Marvel Sky Lofts at the top — among the most spectacular duplexes in Tribeca per Horsley.
