Bryant Park

Bryant Park is the Midtown block around the park between Fifth and Sixth Avenues and West 40th and 42nd Streets, anchored by the New York Public Library's main building. Its residential stock is small and mostly recent, including condominiums built above hotel floors, such as 16 West 40th Street (2017), and residences facing the park on West 40th Street. With few buildings, compare each on its own recorded sales; the profiles below carry them.
