An early-1980s oceanfront address
The town's building inventory dates Beach Walk East to 1981. The association's directions place it on the east side of A1A between the Linton Boulevard and Spanish River Boulevard approaches. Those bridge corridors connect the coastal setting with Delray Beach and Boca Raton, while the property itself remains in the separate municipality of Highland Beach.
The building belongs to the period when condominium towers established much of the town's residential shoreline. An apartment here should be understood through both that original building form and its subsequent alterations. A renovated interior can be contemporary in use without changing the age or responsibilities of the common structure.
Plans and the importance of exposure
Property descriptions report larger apartment plans, with a broad approximate size span of 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. The measurement basis is not consistent enough to treat that span as a verified interior range. A current floor plan is the more useful document for comparing a particular residence.
The principal questions are where the rooms face and how the exterior space connects to them. An ocean-facing living room, a side terrace and a westward bedroom can each receive different light and activity. A general water-view label cannot explain those relationships.
A contained shared amenity program
Reported facilities include a pool and spa, fitness and sauna facilities, shared social space and covered parking. These complement the beach setting within one residential building. Current staffed-entry arrangements and the rights to parking or storage should be confirmed for the apartment under consideration.
