The Palm Beaches

Explore estate and club communities, historic neighborhoods, and luxury condominium and cooperative buildings across Palm Beach and the broader Palm Beaches.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

A Palm Beach island apartment, a golf-community house, a West Palm Beach historic home and a beachfront condominium offer different ways to live in the Palm Beaches. Begin with the daily setting you want, then compare the homes, communities and buildings that provide it.

This collection connects those markets while preserving their geography. Palm Beach is a town; West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens are separate cities. Singer Island is a coastal place name, with buildings addressed within their respective municipalities. A familiar regional name should never substitute for the property's actual location.

Estate and club communities

Start with St. Andrews Country Club in the Boca Raton area, The Bear’s Club in Jupiter and Lost Tree Village in the North Palm Beach area. Each profile examines the residential setting, the club and the particular house choices within the community.

The northern comparison extends to Old Palm Golf Club, Admirals Cove, Frenchman’s Creek, Old Marsh Golf Club and Seminole Landing. Community names and mailing cities are useful search terms; the profiles identify actual municipal jurisdiction separately.

A house purchase, association obligations and club membership may involve different arrangements. Compare the residence and the current membership pathway together.

The northern club comparison also includes Frenchman’s Reserve, BallenIsles, The Loxahatchee Club, Jonathan’s Landing and Eagle Tree / Trump National Jupiter. Each has its own residential and membership structure.

Coastal towns and Wellington estates

Manalapan, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge and Highland Beach extend the coastal comparison through distinct towns, residential neighborhoods and condominium settings. Their guides separate oceanfront, Intracoastal and interior locations.

Palm Beach Point introduces Wellington’s acreage-estate and equestrian setting, where the house, land and riding facilities form a different ownership arrangement.

Palm Beach island

The Palm Beach island guide already connects the central neighborhoods, South Ocean Boulevard, named enclaves and established condominium and cooperative buildings. In the central island, walking routes to shops, restaurants and the Lake Trail can be part of the reason to choose an apartment. Along South Ocean Boulevard, the building's grounds, water position and shared facilities often play a larger role.

Explore Leverett House, Il Lugano, Kirkland House, L'Ermitage and Lake Towers. The cooperative comparison includes 300 South Ocean Boulevard and Riviera at 455 Worth Avenue. For the South Ocean corridor, begin with Meridian, Palm Beach Stratford and Carlton Place.

Additional island profiles include One Royal Palm, 330 South Ocean Boulevard, Lowell House, Dunster House, 400 South Ocean, Park Place, Southlake, Island House and 330 Cocoanut Row. The South Ocean comparison extends to Twenty Six Hundred, 2770 South Ocean Boulevard, Thirty One Twenty / Oasis, Thirty-Three Sixty and Emeraude. OLIN Palm Beach is presented separately as a planned development.

Parc Regent, 401 Worth Avenue and the Three Eighty Nine cooperative extend the central-island comparison across Intracoastal, Worth Avenue and marina-side settings.

Boca Raton

The Boca Raton guide connects country clubs, gated estate communities, coastal neighborhoods and condominiums across the city and western Boca mailing area. Compare the residential setting, architecture and ownership structure before narrowing the search to an individual property.

Delray Beach

The Delray Beach guide connects the coastal city with the broader western mailing area. It distinguishes the town's development history, barrier-island houses, waterfront neighborhoods, recent condominiums and planned communities.

The coastal house comparison begins with North Beach and Seagate. Tropic Isle adds canal and Intracoastal properties, while Lake Ida provides an inland neighborhood comparison. The western estate and club collection includes Stone Creek Ranch, Addison Reserve and Mizner Country Club. Delaire, Seagate Country Club at The Hamlet and Seven Bridges extend the comparison across different community and membership structures.

Ocean Delray and 1625 Ocean are contemporary oceanfront condominium collections. 1177 Moderne adds a beachside setting near George Bush Boulevard, and Seagate Yacht Club Residences introduces waterfront townhomes. The coastal Seagate neighborhood, inland country club and yacht-club residences have separate profiles because they describe different properties.

The collection extends to Palm Trail, Foxe Chase, The Bridges, Mizner's Preserve and Grande Orchid Estates. The Polo Club of Boca Raton provides a further country-club comparison across the Boca–Delray postal corridor. Each profile identifies its actual jurisdiction.

Additional residential profiles cover Cove 4, 150 Oceanside, Seaglass Cottages and Ocean Place at 2155 South Ocean. Casa Avenida and The Seaton Residences are presented with their development status, giving the downtown comparison a separate place alongside established properties.

West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach offers a city setting along the Intracoastal, with residential towers sharing the waterfront geography with streets, parks and downtown activity. Water views across Palm Beach island differ from direct Atlantic beachfront access.

The community guide connects established buildings, recent completions and projects still in development, from The Bristol and La Clara to Alba Palm Beach and South Flagler House. Each profile identifies its development status. The collection also includes Edgeworth, The Berkeley, Banyan Tree Residences and Rosewood Residences, with Clear Lake and downtown projects distinguished from Flagler Drive waterfront sites.

The city also offers house searches in El Cid and Prospect Park, plus the inland club-community settings of Ibis and Bear Lakes. These pages broaden the comparison beyond waterfront towers.

Singer Island

Singer Island brings the Atlantic beach into the building comparison. The exact ocean exposure, balcony, beach route and shared outdoor spaces deserve close attention.

Compare The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island, 5000 North Ocean, VistaBlue Singer Island, Oasis Singer Island, Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, Beachfront at Singer Island and Via Delfino. Ocean's Edge and One Singer Island add smaller residential collections. The community guide explains why the beach route, tower position and ownership model belong in the comparison.

Palm Beach Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens adds a mainland waterfront choice. At Azure, mid-rise buildings and landscaped grounds overlook a marina setting. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens profile provides a development-stage comparison. For buyers considering boating, the residence and any slip arrangement should be evaluated separately.

South Palm Beach

The South Palm Beach guide explains the separate town and its southern coastal setting. 3550 South Ocean anchors the comparison with a contemporary oceanfront condominium and direct beach access.

North Palm Beach

North Palm Beach offers a mainland waterfront comparison, with public recreation and separate boating arrangements. Compare Water Club by tower or villa, then consider Lake Point Tower for an established Old Port Cove peninsula setting.

Juno Beach

The Juno Beach guide distinguishes direct oceanfront, across-road and near-beach locations. Compare The Oceanfront, Ocean Royale and Caretta, retaining Caretta's development status in the comparison.

Lake Park

The Lake Park guide connects the town and public harbor marina with Nautilus 220. The completed mixed-use condominium and arrangements governing the neighboring marina are distinct parts of the waterfront setting.

Tequesta

SeaGlass Jupiter Island extends the collection north with a completed boutique oceanfront building. Despite its marketed Jupiter Island name, the address belongs to the Village of Tequesta in Palm Beach County. This is a building-specific addition; the collection does not yet include a full Tequesta community guide.

How to build a useful shortlist

Choose the setting first: direct beach, a historic neighborhood, a golf community, an Intracoastal outlook or marina frontage. Then compare the home’s plan, outdoor space, maintenance responsibilities and services. An identical bedroom count can conceal very different ownership experiences.

Condominiums and cooperatives also require different transaction records. Read the ownership guide, then obtain the documents and current rules for the particular building.
