Alba Palm Beach
Alba Palm Beach at 4714 North Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach: a waterfront condominium the developer announced as complete in June 2026, with tower homes and townhomes.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Alba Palm Beach brings a smaller residential collection to the northern stretch of West Palm Beach's Intracoastal waterfront. Despite the name, the building is in West Palm Beach, not the Town of Palm Beach, at 4714 North Flagler Drive. The developer announced completion in June 2026, followed by a reported grand opening that summer.
The combination of tower apartments and townhomes makes Alba useful for a buyer comparing different ways to live at the water. A home reached by elevator and a multilevel residence can share an address while offering quite different daily routines.

A closer look at the residences
The project presents contemporary interiors by Spina O'Rourke + Partners and a palette influenced by the surrounding water. Its marketing distinguishes regular tower homes from upper-level penthouses and townhomes; those categories should remain separate when evaluating a particular property.
Start with the rooms you use most. For a tower apartment, study how living spaces and bedrooms relate to the terrace. For a multilevel home, consider internal stairs, storage and the movement of groceries or luggage. Compare usable interior space separately from terraces rather than relying on a single combined area figure.
Pools, gathering spaces and the waterfront
The completion announcement describes sunrise and sunset pools, a fitness center, private dining and wine storage, with day docks on the Intracoastal. That range gives the building a residential social setting as well as a waterfront identity.
The position farther north on Flagler deserves a real-world visit. Try the trips you expect to make regularly, including downtown dining, errands and crossing to Palm Beach island. The right choice depends as much on those routines as on the view from an upper floor.
What to clarify before buying
A day dock is different from a berth that conveys with a home. If boating is part of the purchase, obtain the current dock rules, vessel limitations, reservation procedure and any separate charges. Do not infer overnight mooring rights from the building's waterfront marketing. Ask separately whether any introductory club or service benefit applies to your particular purchase or transfers on resale.
