La Clara
A guide to La Clara at 200 Arkona Court in West Palm Beach, its stepped terraces, contemporary architecture and position along the South Flagler waterfront.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
La Clara makes outdoor space central to its architecture. The condominium at 200 Arkona Court, along West Palm Beach's South Flagler waterfront, uses staggered plans and stepped terraces to open residences toward the Intracoastal and the island beyond. Its appeal begins with that relationship between interior rooms, glass and usable outdoor space.

A terrace-led residential design
La Clara's light exterior combines stucco and stone with extensive glazing. Changes in the floor plan as the tower rises produce different terrace conditions; a building-wide description cannot capture the outdoor space of an individual residence.
That variation gives buyers a useful way to compare homes. Consider the terrace's depth and shade, which rooms open onto it, and the amount of space left after dining and seating are arranged. The best fit may depend as much on an outdoor room's usability as on the apartment's interior area.
Views also need to be read from the actual floor and line. An outlook over the Intracoastal toward Palm Beach is a different setting from a home directly adjoining an Atlantic beach.
Amenities and daily life
Original project materials advertised a pool, fitness and yoga spaces, spa facilities, concierge and valet service, together with shared entertaining and wine facilities. Compare that advertised program with the common spaces and services actually available today.
What to know if you are buying
Compare the terrace and interior measurements separately. Request the current floor plan and establish the source of every advertised area figure. A larger total that includes substantial outdoor space should not be treated as the same amount of enclosed living area. Check alterations against the current apartment, approved plans and association records.
In February 2025, published reporting described a lawsuit filed by the association against the developer and other parties. It alleges that promised finishes and amenities were not delivered and cites construction defects, including balcony railings that trap water. The developer is reported to be contesting the suit. These are allegations, not findings, and the reporting available as of October 2026 does not establish a ruling or settlement. Obtain the current case status and the association's engineering, repair and funding updates before relying on any account of the building's condition.
