Olara

Explore Olara, a North Flagler condominium development in West Palm Beach with Arquitectonica design, deep terraces and a proposed marina and wellness program.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Olara is a condominium development under construction at 1919 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The project combines Arquitectonica's waterfront architecture with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard and an ambitious collection of proposed wellness, dining and boating amenities. For buyers, it is a comparison about both the individual apartment and the larger residential environment taking shape around it.

The official project site, reviewed October 14, 2026, carries a construction section dated September 2026 and gives spring 2027 for topping off and 2028 for completion. Those are the developer's targets, and earlier published delivery dates differ; the contract's completion terms and a current written schedule govern.

Residences designed around the terrace

The published residential program includes two- to four-bedroom configurations, with some plans adding a den. Full-height glazing and deep terraces connect the main living spaces to the outlook. The interior specifications feature oak flooring and stone surfaces, while kitchens and service areas are treated as substantial parts of the home.

A useful first comparison is how much of the terrace serves the living room and how much serves bedrooms. Then examine whether a den can function as the workspace or occasional guest room you need. A flexible label on a marketing plan does not answer questions about doors, storage, light or privacy.

Because the development includes several components, inspect the selected home's relationship to neighboring buildings and shared outdoor spaces. The advertised waterfront identity does not mean every room has the same exposure.

A proposed resort-style amenity collection

Olara markets pools, fitness and spa facilities, gathering spaces, a private marina and a planned José Andrés dining concept. These are proposed components of a development in progress. Their operating details will be as important as their appearance in renderings.

For someone who expects to spend substantial time at home, the combination could make the building a destination for exercise, meals and entertaining. Compare which facilities belong to condominium owners and which may serve other users, including any commercial or rental component.

A purchase issue to resolve

Define the rights behind the marina and amenity package. Ask which boating facilities are included, how access is allocated, and what separate charges or reservations apply. Review the documents governing shared expenses and entrances between residential and other uses. A waterfront purchase should not depend on an assumed berth or restaurant opening date.
