Shorecrest

Explore Shorecrest, the Related Ross condominium project on North Flagler Drive, with Roger Ferris architecture, Rottet Studio interiors and rooftop amenities.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Shorecrest is Related Ross's condominium development on North Flagler Drive, with architecture by Roger Ferris + Partners and interiors by Rottet Studio. The project broke ground in April 2026. Its proposed combination of two- and three-bedroom residences, terraces and rooftop amenities offers a distinctly vertical approach to waterfront living in West Palm Beach.

The site is 1865 North Flagler Drive in Palm Beach County property records and in the developer's February and April 2026 announcements. The City reviewed the same site in December 2025 as 1901 North Flagler Drive, and one page of the project website still gives that number. Buyers should match the address to the contract and condominium documents.

The residential concept

Shorecrest's marketed plans combine open living areas with private outdoor terraces. That makes the placement of furniture and circulation between kitchen, dining and seating areas an important part of comparing homes. A plan should accommodate everyday use as comfortably as it does a large gathering.

Look at bedroom separation, the route from entry to the main room, and how terrace doors interact with furniture. When assessing the outlook, use a view study for the actual floor and exposure. The building's North Flagler setting does not establish an identical water view from every apartment.

Amenities distributed through the building

The proposed amenity program is arranged across arrival, club and roof levels. Published materials describe a concierge lobby, coworking and meeting spaces, private dining, fitness and movement studios, and a rooftop pool with outdoor gathering areas. Wellness facilities add another reason to compare more than the apartment alone.

This arrangement makes elevator access part of the daily experience. During a plan review, trace the trip from a residence to the roof, garage and fitness facilities. If you expect frequent visitors or remote work meetings, ask how guest access and reservations will function across those levels.

A purchase consideration

Confirm the version of the project you are buying. The earlier 1901 and current 1865 street numbers are a practical reason to confirm that the reservation or contract, legal condominium name, approved plans and current specifications use the same address. Ask for a written construction update and distinguish a target opening from contractual completion terms. The developer's April 2026 release anticipated 2027 completion; it did not establish a guaranteed date for an individual closing.
