Forté on Flagler

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Forté on Flagler is a completed condominium built around a small number of substantial homes overlooking West Palm Beach's Intracoastal waterfront. Its appeal starts with the apartment itself: a broad living area, private elevator arrival and outdoor space that wraps around the building. Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed the architecture, with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot.
Two Roads Development now identifies Forté among its completed projects. Current county condominium records use 1333 South Flagler Drive; earlier development materials use 1309. The sales gallery address appearing in older brochures is a separate location.

The homes and the outlook
The published program places two residences on a typical floor, with original options for combining them. Glass walls and deep balconies make the relationship between interior rooms and outdoor seating central to the design. The original materials also describe a choice between more open and more formal kitchen arrangements.
Those choices make it particularly important to review the actual apartment. A resale may reflect a purchaser's selections or a later renovation. Compare the path from the elevator to the living room, the separation of guest bedrooms, and how the kitchen functions during entertaining. A large floor area can feel very different depending on those decisions.
Shared spaces and service
Forté's published amenity program includes a lap pool, dining and lounge rooms, fitness and spa facilities, guest suites, valet service and concierge, with additional fees noted for some concierge services. It brings several everyday activities into the building without requiring a buyer to devote the apartment itself to hosting every guest or gathering.
During a visit, look beyond the showcase spaces: follow the route from parking to the residence, ask how guest accommodations are reserved, and compare everyday staffing with your expectations for a seasonal or year-round home.
A purchase detail worth resolving
Establish which plan and finishes actually convey. An original full-floor option is not evidence that two resale apartments can now be combined. For a combined or materially customized home, obtain the approved plan and alteration history, and reconcile the legal unit description with the apartment being shown. Review any unfinished purchaser work separately from the building's completed status.
