Edgeworth
Explore Edgeworth at 1155 South Flagler Drive, a proposed Related Ross condominium with KPF architecture, expansive terraces and a substantial wellness program.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Edgeworth is Related Ross's planned condominium, marketed at 1155 South Flagler Drive, pairing two curved towers with a substantial collection of spaces for exercise, dining and recreation. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the architecture, with residential interiors by March and White Design. The proposal places private homes within a larger residential environment along West Palm Beach's Intracoastal corridor.
The project was announced in March 2026 and is being marketed for sale. Its residences and amenities remain proposed. Current official materials contain different residence totals and delivery projections, so a particular home should be evaluated against the latest offering documents and written construction schedule.

Architecture and residences
The two-tower composition is central to Edgeworth's identity. The launch design describes curving forms, a facade palette incorporating limestone, bronze and terrazzo, and a landscaped arrival court. Private balconies are intended to extend the principal rooms outdoors. The interiors use natural materials and a softer palette alongside the towers' more pronounced exterior geometry.
Original project materials describe private elevator arrivals. For an individual plan, the important distinction is the sequence from the elevator to the living areas and bedrooms: whether guests enter an enclosed foyer, where service circulation occurs, and how much of the apartment becomes visible when the doors open.
A two-tower site also deserves a more precise view study than a single skyline rendering. Compare the selected home's orientation with the neighboring tower, landscaped lower levels and surrounding buildings. A broad terrace can offer several useful outdoor areas, but its privacy and shade will depend on that specific position.
A substantial proposed amenity program
Related Ross's current property description includes a wellness pavilion with separate spa suites, salt and sauna facilities, fitness and yoga spaces, and a waterfront terrace with a lap pool. Tennis, padel and pickleball are part of the recreation program. Private dining, a restaurant, coworking and children's spaces broaden the building's intended use beyond exercise.
That combination makes Edgeworth a relevant candidate for buyers who expect to spend considerable time within their building. It also gives the amenity plan practical importance: court reservations, restaurant operations and spa staffing will shape the experience more than the number of rooms alone.
What to establish before selecting a home
Compare the apartment and shared-space schedules together. Obtain the plan revision attached to the purchase agreement, the expected opening sequence for amenities and the proposed operating budget. The current marketing has evolved since launch; a dated package is the clearest way to determine which layout, finish selections and services belong to the purchase being considered.
Buildings to compare
- South Flagler House offers another Related Ross two-tower approach, with a more classical architectural composition.
- The Bristol provides an established comparison for large residences, private arrivals and accessory spaces.
- La Clara is useful for comparing terrace design and apartment scale within the South Flagler corridor.
