Juno Beach
Compare Juno Beach condominiums by their actual relationship to the Atlantic, from The Oceanfront and Ocean Royale to Caretta, with Pelican Lake and public parks.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Juno Beach offers several distinct ways to live near the Atlantic. Some condominiums sit directly on the beach, others face the ocean across A1A and the coastal dune, and newer development adds a different format farther from the sand. The town's appeal also includes public beach parks and the walking landscape around Pelican Lake.
Start a search by deciding which relationship to the water matters most. An expansive ocean view, a short beach route and a quieter outdoor terrace are different qualities; each should be tested at the particular residence.
At a glance
- Municipality: Town of Juno Beach
- Coastal settings: Direct beachfront, across-road ocean outlooks and near-beach residences
- Buildings in this collection: The Oceanfront at Juno Beach, Ocean Royale and Caretta
- Public places: Pelican Lake, Loggerhead Park and Juno Beach Park
- Key distinction: Caretta is a development-stage comparison; the other two are established condominiums
Three different building choices
The Oceanfront at Juno Beach, at 570 Ocean Drive, combines a beachfront location with substantial residence plans, wraparound balconies and private garages. It is useful for buyers comparing the interior scale of a house with condominium living. The particular garage, terrace and apartment should be evaluated together.
Ocean Royale, at 700 and 750 Ocean Royale Way, provides a twin-tower setting with extensive shared recreation. A1A and the coastal dune sit between the development and the beach. Tower, floor and apartment orientation therefore belong alongside the view in every comparison.
Caretta, at U.S. Highway 1 and Donald Ross Road, introduces a lower-rise mixed-use approach near the beach. The developer describes it as under construction. Compare its proposed residence and amenity plans with the available homes and operating facilities at established buildings, retaining the distinction between a future specification and a completed space.
Pelican Lake and the public coastline
Pelican Lake, beside Town Center at 340 Ocean Drive, offers a paved route around the water, benches and gazebos. It adds an everyday walking destination away from the surf. Its usefulness depends on the residence's location and the route you would take to reach it.
Loggerhead Park includes guarded beach frontage, picnic spaces, a nature trail and parking. It is also the location of Loggerhead Marinelife Center, which operates separately from the County park. Farther north, Juno Beach Park supplies another public beach destination; consult the operator's current notices when planning use of its pier during refurbishment work.
Compare daily access and outdoor space
Walk each beach route from the apartment itself. At an across-road property, include the crossing; at a beachfront property, examine the path through shared grounds. At a development site, establish which route is shown in the current plans and which facilities will be complete at occupancy.
Balcony shape and orientation deserve equal attention. A wraparound terrace may offer several exposures, while a broad single-facing terrace can organize the living room around one outlook. Compare how you would furnish and use the actual space.
Extend the comparison
SeaGlass Jupiter Island, in the Village of Tequesta, offers a boutique oceanfront comparison farther north. 5000 North Ocean provides a Singer Island tower alternative. Azure shifts the comparison toward a marina setting in Palm Beach Gardens.
