North Palm Beach
Compare North Palm Beach waterfront condominiums with nearby Lost Tree Village and Seminole Landing estates, distinguishing the Village from unincorporated communities.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
North Palm Beach brings a mainland waterfront setting to a luxury condominium search. Around Water Club and Old Port Cove, the comparison centers on broad water outlooks, marina activity and the choice between tower residences and homes closer to the grounds. The Village's parks and municipal golf course add destinations beyond the condominium itself.
North Palm Beach is a municipality, distinct from Palm Beach Gardens and from the general phrase “northern Palm Beaches.” Identify the building's actual address before comparing services, recreation privileges or the route to the ocean.

Nearby estate communities and the municipal boundary
Lost Tree Village and Seminole Landing broaden a North Palm Beach-area search to estate and coastal community settings. Both use North Palm Beach mailing addresses but are in unincorporated Palm Beach County. They are not neighborhoods within the Village for purposes of municipal residency.
Read their individual profiles for residence choices, community character and the distinction between property ownership and club access. Village facilities with resident eligibility should not be assumed available on the same basis to an owner outside the municipal boundary.
Water Club and Lake Point Tower
Water Club North Palm Beach combines three towers and villas. Its different phases make the particular tower, address and residence plan the starting point. A villa's relationship to outdoor space and arrival can differ substantially from an apartment higher in a tower, even within the same development.
Lake Point Tower, at 100 Lakeshore Drive in Old Port Cove, offers an established alternative on a waterfront peninsula. Its association describes a setting with large balconies, staffed service and shared recreation. The surrounding marina activity is part of its character, while the apartment's own orientation determines the outlook.
Tour both with the same priorities in mind: how living rooms connect to terraces, where guests sleep, how parking works and which common spaces you would actually use. A larger amenity list does not establish the better fit for a particular household.
Boating is a separate part of the search
A marina view can be appealing whether or not you own a boat. For an owner who does, the residence and the berth need separate comparisons. Identify the marina operator, available arrangement and vessel requirements before treating a waterfront apartment as a boating solution.
The Village's Anchorage Park includes fishing piers, a kayak and paddleboard launch, and resident-only boat-ramp and storage facilities. Those municipal facilities follow their own eligibility and availability arrangements. They should not be confused with a slip or storage right transferred with a condominium.
Recreation beyond the building
At 951 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach Country Club's municipal golf course includes Jack Nicklaus's redesign and later improvements. The course offers public play, giving buyers a nearby recreation option to consider independently of their building's facilities. Reservations, charges and memberships remain separate arrangements.
Anchorage Park also supplies trails, courts and outdoor gathering areas. Compare the route from the residence to these places with your anticipated routine. The relevant distance begins at the building entrance, including elevators and parking, rather than at a point on a regional map.
Useful nearby comparisons
Azure in Palm Beach Gardens is a useful alternative for a mid-rise marina setting and landscaped grounds. Nautilus 220 in Lake Park adds a contemporary mixed-use waterfront setting. For a direct Atlantic relationship, compare the buildings in the Singer Island guide.
