Caretta
Explore Caretta in Juno Beach: 95 planned residences across four buildings, substantial terraces, select private pools and rooftop amenities. Under construction.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Caretta brings a different residential format to Juno Beach: 95 condominium homes, per the developer, across four buildings at US Highway 1 and Donald Ross Road, with commercial spaces below and shared recreation above. The development is near the coast rather than directly on the beach. Its appeal centers on substantial interiors, outdoor living and the choice between a terrace apartment and a home with its own ground-level pool area.
Caretta remains under construction as of October 14, 2026. The current developer website explicitly describes that stage. The homes and amenities below reflect the published project design.

Four buildings and a range of outdoor spaces
The Town describes Caretta as four separate buildings over an underground garage, with residential, retail, restaurant and office uses. That composition creates several relationships to compare: a home’s position within its building, its exposure toward neighboring structures, and its proximity to the commercial and shared outdoor areas.
The plans make the differences tangible. In Building B, the developer shows a two-bedroom-plus-study residence of approximately 2,950 square feet with a separate 2,130-square-foot ground-level pool and patio area. An upper three-bedroom-plus-study plan is approximately 3,540 square feet with a 425-square-foot terrace. These are examples of different formats, rather than interchangeable versions of the same home. The published plans separate interior and outdoor measurements.
The residence specifications include ceilings of ten feet in most living spaces, terraces with outdoor kitchens, engineered European oak flooring and kitchens with Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking equipment. The architectural emphasis is on connecting substantial rooms to usable outdoor areas. A buyer choosing a pool residence is also choosing a different relationship to the ground and neighboring spaces than someone selecting an upper terrace.
Recreation above the everyday activity
The planned amenity program includes a rooftop infinity pool and spa, fitness facilities, a golf simulator lounge, and social rooms with catering and demonstration kitchens. A children’s splash pad, dog park and dog wash broaden the range of everyday uses. These facilities form part of the developer’s current amenity presentation.
The rooftop setting is especially relevant to Caretta’s identity. It offers a shared place to enjoy the coastal outlook while the residences occupy a site set back from the sand. Ground-level commercial uses add a second kind of activity; the relationship between a chosen home, deliveries, dining areas and residential entrances should be clear in the final plans.
Buildings to compare
- The Oceanfront at Juno Beach offers established beachfront residences with large balconies and private garages.
- Ocean Royale offers existing towers with extensive recreation, facing the beach across A1A.
- Azure provides another lower-rise alternative, with landscaped grounds and a marina setting in Palm Beach Gardens.
What to know if you are buying
Match the contract to the exact building and outdoor-space type. For a pool residence, establish the boundaries and maintenance responsibilities for the pool and patio. For any home, compare the final plan, finish schedule, parking arrangement and delivery milestones with the current offering documents; a project-wide target date does not describe every residence’s readiness.
