Ocean Royale

A guide to Ocean Royale in Juno Beach: twin condominium towers, private elevator arrival, extensive recreation and the relationship between the homes, A1A and the beach.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Ocean Royale combines two residential towers with an extensive recreation program in Juno Beach. The condominiums at 700 and 750 Ocean Royale Way face toward the Atlantic, with A1A and the coastal dune area between the development and the beach. That physical relationship is an essential part of understanding the setting.

For buyers considering a substantial condominium with both indoor and outdoor shared spaces, Ocean Royale offers a useful comparison with smaller beachfront buildings.

Two towers and individual outlooks

The twin buildings occupy different positions within the development. A home's outlook depends on its tower, floor and apartment line, as well as the orientation of its main rooms. The address should therefore be part of every comparison, rather than treating all Ocean Royale residences as interchangeable.

Private elevator arrival is an important part of the residential design. Underground parking connects to that arrival sequence, while terraces and large windows orient homes toward the coastal setting. Walk through the actual residence to see how living, dining and bedroom areas relate to the view.

A broad recreation program

The association's public description includes a pool and whirlpool spa, fitness room, tennis and pickleball, along with bocce and shuffleboard. Indoor facilities include a cinema, library, card and billiards spaces, and a ballroom for larger gatherings. This range gives residents several ways to spend time within the community beyond their own apartment.

The amenity collection is worth touring in person. Consider which spaces you would use frequently, how they relate to your building entrance, and whether the balance of recreation and shared gathering rooms suits your routine.

What to know if you are buying

Evaluate the beach route and dune-level view together. Walk from the building to the beach access and observe the road crossing. County records document the association's relationship with vegetation on the opposite side of A1A, but a current view should not be treated as a permanent condition. Lower and higher residences can experience the landscape differently.
