Oasis is the oceanfront condominium complex at 3120 South Ocean Boulevard in the Town of Palm Beach. It is also known as the 3120 Building, while County records use Thirty One Twenty Condominium. The three-building setting, substantial residences and shared recreation make it a South End option for buyers who want a quieter scale along the beach.

  • Ownership: Condominium
  • Recorded name: Thirty One Twenty Condominium

Residences and setting

The inspected building guide describes three residential buildings with two- and three-bedroom plans and private balconies. Ocean and Intracoastal outlooks vary by position. The County sample is a three-bedroom residence in Building 2, reinforcing why the building number is an essential part of identifying an apartment here.

The practical attraction is space extending toward the outdoors. Compare how the main living room opens onto the terrace, whether bedrooms share the same exposure and how much of the outdoor area can comfortably accommodate furniture. A brochure’s broad description of water views does not tell you whether the ocean is visible from a seated position inside or only from the edge of a balcony.

Services and shared spaces

Published amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness facilities and garage parking. The guide also identifies door staff, security and a manager. Together these create a setting where beach time and recreation can form part of an ordinary day at home. Confirm the present staffing arrangement and the condition of the amenities during a visit.

What to know if buying

Keep the legal building and unit identifiers intact. The names Oasis, 3120 and Thirty One Twenty can appear interchangeably, while numbered buildings distinguish the actual property being offered. Match the contract, listing, floor plan and association records before comparing prices or carrying costs. Ask how parking, storage and any separately described waterfront or accessory rights are allocated. A reference to a dock or boat slip in marketing or an assessor field does not by itself establish that a slip transfers with the apartment.
