Eagle Tree / Trump National Jupiter Community Guide

Explore Eagle Tree Jupiter, the residential community beside Trump National Golf Club, with Ritz-Carlton development history, three housing groups and separate club membership.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Eagle Tree Jupiter is the residential community associated with the former Ritz-Carlton development beside Trump National Golf Club, Jupiter. The association describes 82 homes in three groups: the Villas, the Residences and the Estates. Residential support services and the golf setting are defining features, alongside the relatively small number of homes.

The names describe related but distinct interests. Eagle Tree Property Owners' Association manages the residential community; Trump National is the private club. A search should keep the house, association services and club membership separate throughout the comparison.

Three residential groups

The association identifies Ritz-Carlton Development Corporation as the original developer, with homes built during the early 2000s. The Villas are the smaller format, described at approximately 2,100–2,950 square feet with two to four bedrooms. Residences on Red Hawk Drive are described at roughly 3,600–4,500 square feet, generally with four or five bedrooms and ground-floor primary suites. The Estates provide larger custom layouts.

These are association descriptions, and the stated areas do not specify a uniform measurement convention. Individual additions and renovations can change the comparison. County records provide a more precise example at 441 Red Hawk Drive: a two-story house built in 2005 with four bedrooms and 4,344 square feet under air, separate from its garages and porch areas.

That property also illustrates why the legal and marketing names differ. Its county subdivision remains Ritz Carlton Golf Club & Spa Jupiter. The older name in a deed or property record therefore does not identify a different neighborhood from the one marketed around Trump National today.

Setting and residential support

The community lies east of Alternate A1A, between Donald Ross Road and Frederick Small Road, beside The Bear's Club. Fairways and surrounding preserve land shape the outlook. It is an inland golf address, with no basis to assume private beach or boat access from the club name.

Eagle Tree maintains a team of residential coordinators and engineers serving the association. That support is a practical part of the ownership proposition for both full-time and occasional residents. The current scope should be reviewed carefully: included association work, optional home services and services delivered by outside vendors can carry different charges and responsibilities.

For a home with a pool, large terrace or guest accommodation, establish who maintains each element and what continues while the owner is away. A general promise of residential service does not specify the care of every system or finish.

Club facilities and membership

Trump National Jupiter offers an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course, practice and instruction facilities, dining, spa, fitness, tennis and swimming. Its Full Golf and Social & Spa memberships carry different golf privileges; the latter includes limited golf access. The club also lists Junior Golf and Corporate categories.

The association's published 2020 owner packet describes club membership as optional. Confirm the current position and admission process directly with both entities before relying on it for a purchase. Ownership of a residence should not be treated as an approved club application or as a guarantee that the desired category is immediately available.

Costs and useful comparisons

Request the current association budget for the relevant housing group, the included service schedule, any capital or transfer charges and the separate club offer. Historic POA charges do not establish today's carrying costs, and larger homes may have materially different private maintenance requirements.

The Bear's Club is the immediate golf-community comparison. The Loxahatchee Club offers another established Nicklaus setting, while Admirals Cove adds boating to the residential club choice. Explore the wider Palm Beaches collection.
