Frenchman's Creek Community Guide
Explore Frenchman's Creek homes in Palm Beach Gardens, with two golf courses, selected navigable waterfront properties and a separate Juno Beach club.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Frenchman's Creek combines a residential golf community in Palm Beach Gardens with a separate beach club in Juno Beach. Its homes range from townhomes to custom estates, with golf, lake and selected navigable waterfront settings. For buyers who want a house, club services and regular time by the Atlantic, that combination gives it a distinct place in a northern Palm Beaches search.
The two locations should be understood from the outset. The main club is on Tournament Drive in Palm Beach Gardens; the beach club is on Celestial Way in Juno Beach. Buying within the residential community does not place the home directly on the ocean. Instead, the beach club adds a separate destination to the owner's routine.

Compare the home and its outlook
Frenchman's Creek offers several different relationships to outdoor space. A house looking across a lake, a residence beside a fairway and a home with navigable canal frontage can all appear in a waterfront-oriented search, yet support different uses. Decide whether the priority is an open view, a private garden and pool, or access for a boat.
The published offerings also demonstrate variation in floor plans and age: renovated single-story residences, larger estates and projects marketed for future completion. For a specific home, distinguish completed work from proposed construction and assess how the bedroom arrangement, terrace and pool support the way you expect to live.
A compact plan can make everyday movement straightforward; a larger house can separate guests, work and entertaining. Compare the areas used daily with space reserved for occasional visits. The route from the kitchen to covered outdoor dining is particularly useful to test during a showing, as is the relationship between the primary bedroom and the pool terrace.
Golf and the main club
The club identifies the North Course as a Jim Fazio design and the South Course as a Robert Cupp design. Together they provide 36 holes, with different terrain and water features. The current clubhouse offering includes dining and social spaces, while racquet sports, fitness and spa facilities broaden the daily program beyond golf.
The official golf page also describes upgraded practice facilities scheduled to open in 2026. Buyers who expect to use the new short-game and putting areas should confirm their operating status when arranging a visit. A published target year alone does not establish that every part of the project is available.
The separate beach club and boating choices
At Juno Beach, the club describes beach service, a heated outdoor pool, a children's swimming area and a restaurant, along with transportation arrangements. Visit both the residential property and the beach club when deciding whether this two-location routine suits you. The beach experience is part of the club offering, while the home's own outdoor setting remains a separate choice.
Within Frenchman's Creek, selected residences have docks and navigable connections toward the Intracoastal Waterway. For a boating purchase, assess the particular dock, water depth and navigation route with a suitable local specialist. A lake view and a navigable waterfront location should not be treated as interchangeable, and a neighboring marina's services do not establish a slip right that transfers with a home.
Homeowner services and purchase terms
Frenchman's Creek states that its residential community and amenities operate under a single homeowners' association. Its published services include house watch, home repair, hurricane preparation and mail handling. For a seasonal owner, those services can be an important part of the attraction, but the service agreement should explain what is included, what is charged separately and how requests are handled.
Confirm the association and membership obligations attached to the exact property. The useful comparison is the complete ownership arrangement: residence, services and club access. An advertised exception at one address should not be generalized to other homes, and membership terms should be established directly during the transaction.
Reading closed sales, and alternatives
This guide does not publish community sales figures. A figure for the whole community would combine custom estates, homes with navigable frontage and other residence types. Compare a property with closed sales of the same type, land, water access and condition.
Compare Admirals Cove when a marina and boating facilities lead the search, Old Palm Golf Club for its estate neighborhoods and practice program, and The Bear's Club for another house-and-golf setting. The Juno Beach guide helps put the separate beach-club location in context.
