Considering a sale?

Own an apartment here? See what it would sell for.

A Private Pricing Opinion — what your apartment at The Mark Condominium would likely sell for today, what it costs to sell, and what you’d walk away with — reviewed personally against condition, exposures, renovation quality, and the competition actually on the market.

The Mark is a five-story, 13-residence condominium with shared outdoor space at both ground and roof levels. Its one-, two- and three-bedroom homes range from compact apartments to larger three-bedroom plans and penthouses with terraces. The landscaped backyard and common roof deck provide separate shared outdoor areas.

DOB's new-building filing identifies Panagis Georgepoulos as the architect of record for the 13-residence design. Residential closings began in 2020, placing the building in its resale period. The site lies between Underhill and Washington Avenues, north of the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

Architecture and unit composition

One-bedroom homes include interiors around 600 to 640 square feet. Two-bedroom plans are generally larger, while recurring three-bedroom layouts reach approximately 1,500 square feet. The lower-level homes have different configurations and larger stated areas than the compact apartments above.

Penthouse layouts include terraces directly off the main living space and balconies adjoining bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the principal rooms to these outdoor areas. Open kitchen, living and dining arrangements recur, with bedroom hallways separating sleeping rooms from the main entertaining space.

Central air and in-unit washer/dryers are features of the residences. The elevator serves the five-story building.

Building operations

The association maintains a virtual-doorman system, package room, bicycle room and two shared outdoor areas. Parking spaces can be purchased separately from the residences. A parking transfer is therefore distinct from an apartment sale, and a space offered with a home may involve a separate ownership interest.

The tax roll contains 13 residential lots and 11 additional Class 4 lots. The residential inventory is dispersed among separate owners, with the largest holding limited to one residence. There is no building tax abatement.

Sales sourced from NYC Department of Finance recorded transfers (BBL 3-01153-7506) and verified listing data. Apartment-level facts (line, condition, asking-price context) curated and cross-verified by The Roebling Team research desk. Not all transactions cross-verify with ACRIS records — sponsor and LLC purchases sometimes record at stipulated values rather than market price.

What to know if you’re buying

Separate the private and common outdoor space. A penthouse terrace or bedroom balcony belongs to a different ownership or use arrangement from the landscaped backyard and common roof deck. The condominium documents allocate maintenance between the owner and association, particularly where a private terrace also covers enclosed space below.

How to read the facts on this page. Items attributed to an offering plan describe the building as it was offered at that filing — unit mix, square footage, the amenity program as planned. They are not a statement about how the building operates today. Tax and compliance figures are sourced separately to current City records and carry their own dates. House rules, staffing and fee policy can change by board resolution without any public filing: treat every policy line here as a starting point for diligence and confirm it with the managing agent. Where this page compares one building or neighborhood to another, that is our analysis of the recorded record — it names the measure, the period and the sample it rests on, and it is an observation about medians rather than a prediction about any particular apartment.
