200 East
A guide to 200 East on Palmetto Park Road, with its downtown location, Lojeta development history, apartment and townhome plans and shared services.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
200 East is a downtown condominium at 200 East Palmetto Park Road. Its location places the residential entrance within Boca Raton's central street network, making the surrounding restaurants, shops and public spaces part of the property's appeal. The building provides a different starting point from a beach tower or a gated inland community.
The project was developed by The Lojeta Group and Millennium Homes, with construction completed in 2009. Its established collection of apartments and two-story townhomes gives buyers more than one way to occupy a condominium in the center of the city.

Part of the downtown fabric
200 East's identity is tied to Palmetto Park Road rather than to a private recreation campus. The street connects the central district with the Intracoastal and the beach farther east. A buyer considering this address is therefore choosing both an apartment and a particular relationship to the city.
The building's late-2000s origin also places it between Boca's earlier downtown condominiums and the newer wave of branded and contemporary projects. Interior condition is now an individual question: an original apartment and a comprehensively renovated one may share a plan while requiring very different decisions.
Apartments and townhomes
The original residential collection was described as 115 homes, including two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-story townhomes. The distinction between a single-level apartment and a home with internal stairs is more useful than treating every residence as interchangeable.
Shared services and ownership
The original program included a pool, concierge and valet service. Current management information should establish the service schedule and the facilities available today. In a downtown building, the details of parking, guest access, deliveries and the route from the garage to the apartment are especially relevant to daily use.
The ownership comparison should also include the allocation of responsibilities between residential and any commercial components. The declaration and budget explain those relationships more reliably than a general description of a full-service building. Current charges and planned capital work belong beside the purchase price.
Other central Boca comparisons
Tower 155 offers a later contemporary downtown project. 5 Palms provides a much smaller residential collection farther east on Palmetto Park Road, while ALINA Residences presents another central condominium setting.
