About the building
133 West 14th Street is a prewar commercial building converted into a six-residence condominium, with a commercial unit below. Its approximately 25-foot-wide footprint extends roughly 102 feet into the block. Dragon & Phoenix Realty LLC began the condominium filing in 2005; the Attorney General accepted it in March 2006, and it became effective in April 2007. The building stands on the north side of 14th Street, at the southern edge of Chelsea, close to the Sixth and Seventh Avenue subway corridors.
Five full-floor residences and a duplex penthouse occupy the upper levels. The lofts include two- and three-bedroom arrangements, ceilings reaching approximately 11 feet, and keyed elevator access into the homes. Living rooms face south toward 14th Street, with bedrooms toward the rear in the through-floor layouts. Some apartments have wood-burning fireplaces. The duplex penthouse has two private terraces, while the typical floor-through apartments have broad living and dining areas across the street frontage. Central heating and cooling, in-unit washers and dryers, and basement storage support the residential use. Entry is handled through a remote video system.

How to read the facts on this page. Items attributed to an offering plan describe the building as it was offered at that filing — unit mix, square footage, the amenity program as planned. They are not a statement about how the building operates today. Tax and compliance figures are sourced separately to current City records and carry their own dates. House rules, staffing and fee policy can change by board resolution without any public filing: treat every policy line here as a starting point for diligence and confirm it with the managing agent. Where this page compares one building or neighborhood to another, that is our analysis of the recorded record — it names the measure, the period and the sample it rests on, and it is an observation about medians rather than a prediction about any particular apartment.
