Why The Residences at The Bath Club matters
It is an oceanfront condominium tower with a hotel-style service model. It is a project of a 107-residence tower and six Mediterranean-style oceanfront villas with private infinity pools and direct beach access. Residences have private or semi-private elevator access and floor-to-ceiling glass.
The structure to understand is the relationship between the condominium and the Bath Club itself. The Bath Club is a separate private club next door at 5937 Collins Avenue. The condominium is at 5959. Ask for any club membership, access or priority terms in writing.
The tower was completed in 2005.
Mid-Beach and Millionaires Row
Mid-Beach is the stretch of Miami Beach between South Beach and North Beach. Collins Avenue here is lined with oceanfront resorts and condominium towers on large lots, which is the origin of the Millionaires Row name. The Bath Club property is on 59th Street, a few blocks north of 57 Ocean at 5775 Collins, and the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc resorts are farther south.
The beach is reached from the property's own grounds. Day-to-day dining and retail are along Collins Avenue. Restaurants turn over and are not listed.
Architecture and unit composition
Revuelta Vega Leon is the architect of record. The tower has eight plan types, from one-bedroom plans up to lower-penthouse and penthouse levels with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Sizes vary widely: about 1,900 to 5,700 square feet across the building, with active inventory mostly 3,600 to 4,100. Confirm size by plan and survey.
The six villas are four stories with private elevators, infinity pools and direct beach access, and they are not directly comparable with the tower residences. Ask whether the villas sit inside the same condominium or in a separate association.
Building operations
The service model follows a resort hotel: concierge, valet, attended lobby, security around the clock, housekeeping on request and wellness staff. The grounds include a heated pool with cabanas, two clay tennis courts, a spa and fitness center, game rooms and gardens.
Florida's milestone inspection and structural integrity reserve study rules apply to condominium buildings of three or more stories; ask for the inspection report, the reserve study and any assessment history. Ask also for reserve funding, the elevator and facade maintenance record, and any special assessments. Also ask which amenities belong to the condominium and which, if any, are offered through the neighboring club.
Policy framework
Policies, fees and applications, including pet, rental and minimum-lease rules, are set by the association and should be confirmed at offer stage.
Sales context
One of four arms-length sales recorded in April 2026, at $1,800,000. It is one sale, not a building price. Plans run from the smaller tower plans to the penthouses and villas, so a building-wide average says little.
Unit-level transaction history is maintained in The Roebling Research Library and shared with clients during diligence.
What to know if you're buying at The Residences at The Bath Club
Identify the plan and floor. Plans range widely in size. Use same-plan trades.
Pin down club access. Get the terms in writing before assigning value to any club benefit.
Read the building documents. Request the reserve study, milestone status and recent capital work.
What to know if you're selling at The Residences at The Bath Club
Price against your plan. Buyers compare plan, floor and renovation level.
Have the documents ready. Budget, reserve study, financials and inspection status shorten diligence.

Recorded sales history
Recorded transfers for this building in Miami-Dade County public records, back to Jan 2005. Prices reflect the recorded consideration; transfers the Property Appraiser does not qualify as arms-length are shown unmarked. Nominal-consideration paper transfers (deeds into trusts and LLCs, estate and family transfers, corrective deeds) are part of the record but not sales, and are omitted from this table. Recording lags closing, so the newest sales can take several weeks to appear.
