Roebling View North is a two-building condominium at 5 and 15 Roebling Street, with ten apartments behind each entrance. At 15 Roebling, keyed elevator access serves a small number of homes per floor, and duplex penthouses occupy the upper levels. The development sits close to McCarren Park in north Williamsburg.
The Attorney General accepted the condominium filing in October 2009, and it became effective in June 2010 under sponsor Roebling View North LLC. The filing covers 20 residences across both addresses. The DOB new-building application for 15 Roebling identifies Armando Porto as architect of record and provides ten dwellings over six stories.
Architecture and unit composition
Standard apartments at 15 Roebling are predominantly two-bedroom homes of roughly 870 square feet. They have open living and kitchen areas, with two apartments on typical floors. Direct keyed elevator access reduces the amount of shared interior circulation outside each home.
The duplex penthouses expand to approximately 1,225 square feet and three bedrooms. Their living rooms have double-height ceilings, with bedrooms distributed between the two levels. Juliet balconies provide an opening off the living space, while upper-level private terraces offer room for outdoor seating. The terrace can be reached from the upper bedroom level and through a separate internal route from the living area.
Private terraces, shared outdoor areas and storage are distinct components of the property. A penthouse's roof terrace belongs to its particular apartment arrangement; the condominium also has common roof space and a courtyard. In-home laundry and central air conditioning are present in the homes.
Building operations
The condominium's 20-unit legal scope matters even when an apartment is described as being in a ten-unit building. Owners at the two addresses participate in the same condominium. The residential lots are Class 2, without the assessment-growth cap that applies to qualifying smaller properties.
The original 421-a benefit began in 2012 with a 15-year term. DOF identifies it as inactive despite its appearance on the 2027 roll. Older carrying-cost figures from the early condominium years therefore should not be used as a measure of the present tax obligation.
An assessment at 15 Roebling is scheduled through June 2028 — confirm its current balance, allocation and end date with the managing agent. The assessment is separate from regular common charges and the individual apartment's property tax.

Sales sourced from NYC Department of Finance recorded transfers (BBL 3-02300-7501) and verified listing data. Apartment-level facts (line, condition, asking-price context) curated and cross-verified by The Roebling Team research desk. Not all transactions cross-verify with ACRIS records — sponsor and LLC purchases sometimes record at stipulated values rather than market price; square footage from recorded condo declarations and offering plans.

How to read the facts on this page. Items attributed to an offering plan describe the building as it was offered at that filing — unit mix, square footage, the amenity program as planned. They are not a statement about how the building operates today. Tax and compliance figures are sourced separately to current City records and carry their own dates. House rules, staffing and fee policy can change by board resolution without any public filing: treat every policy line here as a starting point for diligence and confirm it with the managing agent. Where this page compares one building or neighborhood to another, that is our analysis of the recorded record — it names the measure, the period and the sample it rests on, and it is an observation about medians rather than a prediction about any particular apartment.
