About the building
932 President Street is a five-residence brownstone condominium on a Park Slope park block. Its residential conversion reduced the building from seven apartments to five under a signed-off alteration designed by James Yohe. The Attorney General accepted the offering in April 2006, and it became effective that September under sponsor President Street Condominium LLC. The first individual condominium closings followed in 2007.
The walk-up contains floor-through homes and a larger lower duplex opening to private garden space. Other residences have terraces. Bay windows bring light into the front rooms, and original wood shutters remain in some interiors. The lower duplex has substantially more interior area than the upper floor-through configurations. Central air conditioning and an intercom are part of the building's equipment.

Sales sourced from NYC Department of Finance recorded transfers (BBL 3-01068-7501) and verified listing data. Apartment-level facts (line, condition, asking-price context) curated and cross-verified by The Roebling Team research desk. What to know if you’re buying
The conversion changed the apartment division within an older house. For the lower duplex, the approved arrangement of the two levels matters to how recreation and sleeping spaces may be used. The five-owner association also concentrates decisions about the brownstone facade and other shared repairs among a handful of interests; common-interest percentages determine each home's contribution.

How to read the facts on this page. Items attributed to an offering plan describe the building as it was offered at that filing — unit mix, square footage, the amenity program as planned. They are not a statement about how the building operates today. Tax and compliance figures are sourced separately to current City records and carry their own dates. House rules, staffing and fee policy can change by board resolution without any public filing: treat every policy line here as a starting point for diligence and confirm it with the managing agent. Where this page compares one building or neighborhood to another, that is our analysis of the recorded record — it names the measure, the period and the sample it rests on, and it is an observation about medians rather than a prediction about any particular apartment.
