Echo is a 190-residence condominium building at 3300 Ne 188 Street, in Aventura. County records list 2015 as the year built. It has a median residence of 2,559 square feet.
The recorded market runs to 313 arms-length sales since 2015, an annual turnover rate of 7.4 percent of the building over the past decade, and a median of $616 per square foot. Across 123 same-unit resales, 43 percent sold above their prior recorded price and the remainder at or below it, with a median change of -2 percent over a median hold of 5.2 years. The 35 sales since 2023 carry a median of $704 per square foot, 14 percent above the level across its whole record; that gap reflects both price movement and which residences happened to trade. Why Echo Aventura matters
Echo is two 11-story towers on five acres with 190 homes, lower-rise than the taller towers along much of Aventura's waterfront.
Carlos Ott, the Uruguayan architect known for the Opéra Bastille in Paris, designed the buildings. Yabu Pushelberg, the Toronto studio, did the interiors. Property Markets Group, the Miami developer behind the Brickell project of the same name, built it and completed it in 2015.
Every residence is flow-through, meaning it runs the full depth of the building with openings on both ends. Each has a balcony at each end of about 500 square feet, and the larger one includes a summer kitchen. Private elevator foyers open directly into the residences, and a smart-home system runs lighting, climate and shades.
Plans run about 1,500 to 4,000 square feet, with 18 penthouses.
Aventura and the Intracoastal
Aventura is an incorporated city in northeast Miami-Dade, on the Intracoastal Waterway and the Biscayne Boulevard corridor. It has no ocean frontage of its own. Beaches are in Sunny Isles Beach to the east and Hallandale Beach to the north, a short drive either way.
What anchors it is Aventura Mall, among the largest malls in the country, a few minutes from Echo. The city's high-rise residential districts line the Intracoastal and the golf communities around Turnberry. Williams Island, a private island community, is a few minutes north. The city's Community Recreation Center, at 3375 NE 188th Street on the same stretch of road, has a fitness room and an indoor basketball gymnasium; use requires a paid city membership.
The property offers Intracoastal views from an 11-story building and a short drive to the mall, restaurants and the Sunny Isles beaches. Fort Lauderdale and Miami are each about 20 to 30 minutes by car outside peak traffic.
Architecture and unit composition
The two towers are 11 stories each and are arranged around the waterfront pool deck. Residences run from two to five bedrooms in 18 plans, with 18 penthouses at the top. Each residence has an elevator foyer, 10-foot-8-inch ceilings, a service suite and floor-to-ceiling glass. The balconies at each end face the Intracoastal on one side and the Aventura skyline and ocean direction on the other. Not every line has an unobstructed view; check the line and floor before pricing.
Interior finishes follow the Yabu Pushelberg program: pale woods, stone and a neutral palette.
Building operations
Echo runs as a full-service building. A concierge and valet are on site. Two porte-cochères serve the two towers. Residents have cooled private storage, complimentary pet walking and on-site maintenance staff.
Recreation centers on the water. The infinity-edge pool faces the bay, with a club room serving breakfast and lunch poolside, a fitness center with yoga studio, and an atrium event room with a rooftop garden reached by a dedicated glass elevator. For a specific purchase, ask for current staffing, the operating budget and what the monthly charges cover.
Policy framework
Pet, rental and minimum-lease rules are set by the association; confirm at offer stage.
Sales context
The building was completed in 2015. One recorded sale, June 2026, at $1,000,000. It is one sale, not a building price. Prices vary widely by line, floor and view, from two-bedroom residences to penthouses with summer-kitchen terraces.
Unit-level transaction history is maintained in The Roebling Research Library and shared with clients during diligence.
What to know if you're buying at Echo Aventura
Match the plan to the use. Eighteen plans across two towers. Ask for the floor plan and the association's size schedule, not a rounded figure.
Check the view line. Water, ocean-direction and building-facing exposures differ. Confirm what the specific balcony faces.
Check the operating picture. Florida's milestone inspection and structural integrity reserve study rules apply to condominium buildings of three or more stories; ask for the inspection report, the reserve study and any assessment history. Ask for the budget before offering.
What to know if you're selling at Echo Aventura
Price against your plan and tower. Use trades in the same line and floor range, not the building's penthouses.
Prepare documents early. A current budget, reserve study and financial statement shorten diligence.

Recorded sales history
Recorded transfers for this building in Miami-Dade County public records, back to Jan 2015. Prices reflect the recorded consideration; transfers the Property Appraiser does not qualify as arms-length are shown unmarked. Nominal-consideration paper transfers (deeds into trusts and LLCs, estate and family transfers, corrective deeds) are part of the record but not sales, and are omitted from this table. Recording lags closing, so the newest sales can take several weeks to appear.
