Seagate Towers

Two established Intracoastal towers in Delray Beach, with split two-bedroom plans, waterfront recreation and an association-described age-qualified residential setting.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Seagate Towers occupies the Intracoastal side of Delray Beach's barrier island, south of Atlantic Avenue. Its two residential towers address the waterway rather than the Atlantic shoreline. The location combines an established apartment setting with access to the beachside streets and the commercial center around Atlantic Avenue.

The distinction between these two waterfronts is central to the property. Here, the daily outlook can include passing boats, the opposite bank and evening light. Beach access involves leaving the condominium grounds. An ocean view from an upper apartment does not change that underlying relationship to the water.

Two towers and a consistent residential format

The association describes two thirteen-story buildings with split two-bedroom, two-bathroom plans. Its approximate 2,000-square-foot description is a general guide, rather than a substitute for a measured apartment plan. The separation of the two bedrooms makes guest accommodation or a work room a meaningful part of the layout.

Corner and center residences differ in their outdoor arrangements. A prospective comparison should therefore include both the principal rooms and the balcony or terrace, particularly where an enclosed exterior space appears in an advertised area. A larger total figure does not necessarily provide a larger open-air sitting area.

Life along the Intracoastal

The shared facilities include a waterfront pool, social and exercise rooms, covered parking and dock facilities. These are substantial parts of the property's appeal, but a boat owner should review the current allocation arrangements, vessel limits and charges before treating a slip as part of a purchase. A condominium apartment and a usable berth are separate items to establish.

Seagate Towers describes itself as a 55-and-over, pet-free community. Current occupancy, guest and animal rules belong in the purchase review, since they affect how the home can be used by an owner and visiting family. The Seagate name should not be read as an automatic membership in a separate hotel, beach club or golf club.
