Mizner Tower

A guide to Mizner Tower in Mizner Village, with its 1989 architecture, Lake Boca setting, waterfront recreation and substantial condominium plans.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Mizner Tower is an eight-story condominium at 300 Southeast 5th Avenue within Mizner Village. Lake Boca, the Intracoastal and the adjoining resort landscape define its surroundings. Completed in 1989, the building uses a Mediterranean vocabulary inspired by Addison Mizner while belonging to a much later phase of Boca Raton's residential development.

The property combines substantial apartments with a waterfront recreation and service program. It is a useful comparison for a buyer who values the Lake Boca setting and access to the downtown street network more than a direct position on the Atlantic beach.

A later Mizner interpretation

Mizner Tower was described by its property manager as a 136-residence building. Its architectural references connect it visually to the surrounding resort district, but it is not an original Addison Mizner building. That distinction matters when considering history: the appeal lies in a late-twentieth-century condominium designed for this particular waterfront setting.

The moderate height also shapes the view. A residence can look toward water, landscaped areas, the golf course or surrounding buildings depending on its position. The most useful inspection follows the view from the main living room through the bedrooms and outdoor space, rather than treating the building address as a uniform outlook.

Interior and exterior areas

A published offering for Residence 6110 distinguishes 2,660 square feet of living area from 3,100 square feet of total area. The distinction is more useful than merging the two figures. Terraces contribute to the experience of the home but should remain identifiable when comparing interior room sizes or the cost per interior square foot.

Waterfront amenities and services

The established amenity program includes a waterfront pool, two outdoor spas, tennis courts and a steam room, with concierge, valet and security services described by the manager. These facilities support a more extensive residential routine than a building centered on a lobby and pool alone.

Mizner Village and the condominium have their own ownership responsibilities. Their current budgets and charges should be read together, while resort membership remains a separate matter to establish through the relevant agreement. The same care applies to any boat facility mentioned in an individual offering: availability and assignment need to be matched to the purchase.

Comparisons within the waterfront district

Mizner Court provides a lower-rise comparison within Mizner Village. Mizner Grand offers another approach to large Lake Boca residences, while Boca Beach Residences presents a smaller modern waterfront collection.
