About the building
Infinity Flats contains eight full-floor residences in a converted Flatiron office building. The conversion designed by Karl Fischer was permitted in June 2005 and signed off by DOB in April 2008, with original apartment closings beginning in 2007. The nine-story masonry building stands within the Ladies' Mile Historic District. Its street elevation includes a stone base, arched windows and contrasting corner details around the upper brickwork.
The full-floor apartments measure approximately 4,073 to 4,109 square feet. Large living-and-dining spaces extend across the floor plates, with three- and four-bedroom arrangements and multiple bathrooms. Private keyed elevator access leads into each residence, and virtual entry service and lobby lockers support deliveries. Interior features include wood floors, beamed ceilings and fireplaces. The penthouse adds skylights and private exterior space within the building's upper configuration.

Sales sourced from NYC Department of Finance recorded transfers (BBL 1-00849-7506) and verified listing data. Apartment-level facts (line, condition, asking-price context) curated and cross-verified by The Roebling Team research desk. Not all transactions cross-verify with ACRIS records — sponsor and LLC purchases sometimes record at stipulated values rather than market price; square footage from recorded condo declarations and offering plans.

What to know if you’re buying
Each owner occupies a full floor, leaving only eight residential interests to support the elevator systems and historic masonry envelope. The large apartment footprints do not create a large association: a major façade or elevator project still falls across a small group. Changes affecting the visible windows or exterior also fall within historic-district oversight.

How to read the facts on this page. Items attributed to an offering plan describe the building as it was offered at that filing — unit mix, square footage, the amenity program as planned. They are not a statement about how the building operates today. Tax and compliance figures are sourced separately to current City records and carry their own dates. House rules, staffing and fee policy can change by board resolution without any public filing: treat every policy line here as a starting point for diligence and confirm it with the managing agent. Where this page compares one building or neighborhood to another, that is our analysis of the recorded record — it names the measure, the period and the sample it rests on, and it is an observation about medians rather than a prediction about any particular apartment.
