Bocaire Country Club Community Guide

Explore Bocaire Country Club, a smaller Boca Raton area community of custom homes with substantial lots, a Kipp Schulties golf course and multigenerational club privileges.

The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026

Bocaire Country Club is a smaller estate community in the Boca Raton market, organized around custom homes, fairways and lakes. The club describes 239 houses on lots of at least one-third of an acre. That combination gives Bocaire a different residential scale from the larger village-based clubs nearby.

The community lies in unincorporated Palm Beach County with Boca Raton mailing addresses. Its principal appeal is the relationship between an individual house, meaningful outdoor space and an extensive club program within a relatively limited residential inventory.

Custom homes and generous grounds

Bocaire's custom-home format means that two nearby houses can have different internal arrangements and relationships to the grounds. The lot area is a useful starting point, but it does not establish how much usable garden remains after the house, pool and paved areas are considered.

Compare the shape of the site as well as its size. A deep rear garden, a wide pool terrace and a side yard can serve very different purposes. Where the property faces golf or a lake, look at the view from the principal rooms and covered seating area, then assess privacy from the same positions.

The architecture should be evaluated house by house. Ceiling heights, the placement of the primary suite, guest circulation and the connection from kitchen to outdoor dining are more durable considerations than a particular decorative style. For an older residence, understand the scope of completed renovation before treating it as equivalent to a comprehensively rebuilt home.

These differences also affect a move within Florida. An owner seeking more interior space may gain little usable outdoor area if the new house occupies more of its lot. Someone looking to simplify may prefer a well-organized floor plan over a larger home with extensive formal rooms.

Golf and the clubhouse

The 18-hole course's Kipp Schulties renovation introduced substantial contours, mounding and revised water features. It measures more than 7,000 yards from the back tees, with several tee positions and dedicated practice facilities. The practice area includes target greens, a short-game space and a putting green.

The course is therefore both a recreational amenity and a major part of the community's outlook. A golfer should assess the playing and practice arrangements; a buyer focused on the house should examine how the course edge relates to outdoor privacy and maintenance access.

The club has announced completion of a clubhouse renovation that added or refreshed dining spaces, an indoor-outdoor bar and patio, spa treatment rooms and card rooms. Racquet sports, aquatics and fitness further broaden the day-to-day offering. These spaces are particularly relevant when members of a household have different interests.

Membership across generations

Bocaire describes a membership arrangement extending amenity access to a member's parents, children and grandchildren without an additional membership charge for that access. Confirm eligibility, guest procedures and activity-specific charges directly; the description does not mean that every service or purchase is included.

For a home purchase, obtain the current admission process and full financial schedule. Association obligations, joining contributions, recurring club dues and private-house maintenance are separate components. A seller's use of the club does not establish the exact rights available to the next owner.

Useful comparisons

St. Andrews Country Club offers a larger custom-home community with two golf courses. Woodfield and Broken Sound add more variety in residence formats and village organization. The Boca Raton guide connects these communities with other area options.
