Seasons Community Guide
A guide to Seasons in Boca Raton, with its tennis facilities, established single-family homes, lake setting and association considerations.
The Roebling Research Desk · October 2026
Seasons is an established gated neighborhood at Jog Road and Clint Moore Road, with tennis playing a substantial role in its identity. Detached homes, lakes and a central recreation setting create an option for buyers who want community facilities alongside a private house. It belongs in a different comparison from a large golf club whose membership program is the central purchase decision.
The neighborhood is within the City of Boca Raton. Its position along the Jog Road corridor makes it useful to compare with nearby estate and amenity communities, while keeping the differences in land, home plans and ownership structure clear.

A residential neighborhood with a tennis history
Tennis is an established part of Seasons rather than a recent addition to its identity. The USTA's 1994 Florida yearbook listed a junior championship at Seasons Swim and Racquet Club. Today, published community information continues to describe the courts and pro shop as important features of the neighborhood.
For a regular player, the practical comparison includes court booking, instruction, organized play and the hours that suit the household. A facility count alone does not establish how easy it will be to play at preferred times. Residents who expect to use the program often should consider the route between their house and the recreation area as part of a property tour.
Houses and their later changes
The County record for 3117 NW 63rd Street illustrates one established home: a two-story residence built in 1992 with a concrete-tile roof, covered space and a private pool. The distinction between 3,670 square feet under air and 4,838 square feet total is meaningful when comparing usable interior area. This is one property example, not a definition of every house in Seasons.
The age of the neighborhood makes renovation history particularly relevant. A home with newer finishes can still have an older plan, while a more substantial alteration may change the way living rooms, kitchen and outdoor areas connect. Compare the scope of work and the underlying structure rather than assuming that a contemporary appearance means a completely rebuilt house.
Where rooms are distributed across two levels, consider how the plan serves everyday routines. The position of the primary bedroom, the availability of a quiet office and the separation of guest accommodation can matter more than an additional room whose purpose is unclear.
Outdoor living and shared facilities
Private gardens and pools coexist with the community recreation areas. A house with its own pool offers an outdoor routine distinct from a visit to the shared facilities, and both arrangements carry their own use and maintenance considerations. Inspect the depth of covered terraces, the sunlight reaching the garden and the privacy of seating areas.
Lake-facing properties should be evaluated for the view from inside the residence as well as from the terrace. A broad outlook can be attractive, but the position of neighboring homes and the usable space behind the house also shape the experience.
Costs and ownership
The reported HOA amount in the property details is dated June 2026 and requires current association confirmation. Dues should be considered separately from private pool care, landscape services, insurance and major house repairs. Obtain the current inclusions, transfer charges and rules for exterior work before building a purchase budget.
Azura and The Oaks provide other house-and-amenity comparisons. Fieldbrook Estates offers a different balance, with more emphasis on substantial private grounds.
