About the building
Fifty One Domino is a concrete condominium with sweeping arches, curved façade corners and planted terraces near the Williamsburg waterfront. ARC Architecture + Design Studio designed the building for T&E Development, with interiors by IMC Architecture and 7Haus. The project redeveloped a low-rise building through a new-building alteration with existing elements retained. The Attorney General accepted the eight-residence condominium filing in July 2025, and it became effective that November. Broad south-facing windows and recessed outdoor areas give the street elevation its depth.
The inventory includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, garden duplexes at the base, full-floor three-bedroom homes and a penthouse. The full-floor residences have direct keyed elevator entry. The garden homes combine living space on two levels with private outdoor areas; the penthouse has a private heated rooftop pool, outdoor kitchen and shower. A separate common roof terrace is accessible by elevator. The building's smaller apartments are approximately 715 and 1,060 square feet, while the full-floor homes are approximately 1,903 square feet. Central air conditioning and in-unit laundry serve the residences.

The neighborhood

How to read the facts on this page. Items attributed to an offering plan describe the building as it was offered at that filing — unit mix, square footage, the amenity program as planned. They are not a statement about how the building operates today. Tax and compliance figures are sourced separately to current City records and carry their own dates. House rules, staffing and fee policy can change by board resolution without any public filing: treat every policy line here as a starting point for diligence and confirm it with the managing agent. Where this page compares one building or neighborhood to another, that is our analysis of the recorded record — it names the measure, the period and the sample it rests on, and it is an observation about medians rather than a prediction about any particular apartment.
